Dashboard customer records
End-to-end workflow for dashboard accounts: customers, identity checks, screening, and monitoring
Dashboard accounts run identity verification and screening from dashboard.veroid.com.au. Data is processed on hosted Australian data infrastructure. This guide covers the customer record flow on the dashboard, not the developer API.
1. Create a customer
Open Customers and add a person record with the details you need for checks and screening. Each customer has their own history. Screening results are never merged or deduped across separate searches or lists.
2. Identity check (typed in or SMS link)
From the customer page, start an identity check. You can enter document details yourself or send an SMS link that stays valid for 8 hours. The person chooses the document type and whether to enter details manually or use guided capture, then completes the check in the hosted flow.
Before any live identity verification, you must meet express consent and IVS obligations for your end users. See Consent & IVS obligations and official IDMatch guidance: Guidance for users, IVS privacy statement.
3. Paid screening (0.5 credits)
After identity steps as required by your process, run a live screening search from the customer page. Each search uses 0.5 verification credits while your dashboard subscription is active. Searches match against more than 1.8 million records from 454 published lists. Every search is stored as its own result.
4. Ongoing monitoring ($0.50 ex GST per person per month)
Turn on monitoring for a customer at every 3, 6, or 12 months from their profile. While monitoring is active, each monitored person is billed $0.50 ex GST per month; scheduled re-screens are included in that charge and do not use extra screening credits. Monitoring pauses if your dashboard subscription lapses and resumes automatically when you pay again.
Optional email alerts notify active dashboard users when a monitoring re-screen finds matches or a change from the previous run. Alerts include the customer name, how many matches were found (when applicable), and a link to the record. Match details stay in the dashboard. Turn alerts on or off in Settings.
Plan terms
Your in-dashboard Plan Terms describe credits, screening, and per-person monitoring charges while the dashboard plan is active.
